Goodbye Summer!

Summer went and I did a lot of fun and enriching things. However, I didn’t send a single update. So, let us rewind just a little bit.

Painting class

I enrolled in quite a few summer enrichment classes at Interlochen Arts Academy. The first class was mocktails, which I did post about.

Pasta making

Other classes included: bird watching, painting flowers in watercolor, pasta making, bonsai trees, and a taco making class. They were all just a couple of hours each on Wednesday nights.

Jade Plant – Bonsai Class

The last class I took with my mom and sister and it was such a fun night! I think we had beautiful weather each week. The birding class might have had a little rain to start but didn’t stay.

Taco spread

Other fun activities from the summer included swimming in the pool, going to the farmers market, and a couple musicals including Hamilton in Lansing (May), The Book of Mormon in Lansing (June) and Hamilton in Grand Rapids (July).
